The way in which the Cold War degenerated into a wild "tornado western" could be used in the 1980s for educational "tornado tests" on aircraft, through which a transport pandemic development escalating fatally into a nuclear war could be combated with a kind of "tornado therapy." It would be to our credit if we could make a documentary film about this, instead of not letting such tests offend us with air disasters in capital cities, so that these can even be dismissed as a delusion in courts of law, along with a Bijlmer disaster.
