Various cultural organizations are active in the Ebbingekwartier, such as Het Paleis, where artists, entrepreneurs, and residents spend time together in the beautifully restored former chemistry laboratory; FabLab Groningen; NNT/Theater de Machinefabriek; Platform GRAS; Platformtheater; Simplon; and Station CS.

July 11-18: Create a fiction film in 7 days
All workshops: production process planning, arranging locations and props, budget management, publicity, scriptwriting, directing both visuals and actors, managing editors and musicians, camerawork, lighting and video editing, sound recording, on-set sound, foley and music, acting for the camera.
Sony EX1 HD Camera + HD monitor, audio equipment, laptop, Final Cut Pro, Cubase software.
Lunches, film premiere, cultural program, final result on a DVD

July 18-25: Music, Animation & Visuals
All workshops: experimenting, playing, designing, and sketching with stop-motion animation, VJ workshops, or the music program Ableton Live (sketching musical ideas, improvising, recording and editing with MIDI controllers, using live instruments and effects, shooting with various microphones, mixing compositions into professional productions, setting up the sound studio).
Equipment with iStopmotion, Premiere Elements, Isodora or laptops with Ableton Suite 8, headphones, and a MIDI keyboard
7 nights in the guest accommodations of Het Paleis, breakfast, lunches & dinners, closing party with a live performance, cultural program
