At Munich Beyond (July 2-5), the Netherlands presents seven immersive works showcasing the breadth of Dutch XR talent. Lacuna by Maartje Wegdam and Nienke Huitenga Broeren, a personal VR documentary about forgotten memories, travels on following its Cannes premiere, as does From Dust by Michel van der Aa, an AI-driven VR opera that won the Best Immersive Work Award at Cannes. Shelter by Sjors Swierstra and Ivanna Khitsinska depicts daily life in wartime Ukraine, while The Great Orator by Daniël Ernst and A Long Goodbye by Kate Voet and Victor Maes return after successes in Venice. Show Me the Light by Mila Moleman and Dancing with Dead Animals by Maarten Isaäk de Heer complete the selection.
