Cinekid has announced the selection for the thirteenth edition of Script LAB, featuring fourteen original projects from ten countries being developed between the Cinekid Festival in Amsterdam and the Berlinale in February. The selection includes eight live-action projects, four animations, one documentary, and a hybrid form, with all participants making their debut in the program. New this year are partnerships with the Estonian Film Institute and the Slovenian Film Centre, while Zhuang Rong-Zuo brings in the first Taiwanese project with A Heaven in a Wildflower. Lena von Döhren is working on Bats and Bugs, and Ami-Ro Sköld is developing the stop-motion animation Mum is in puberty, which explores a parent's transition process from a child's perspective.
