Twelve productions are competing for the Golden Calf for Best Digital Cultural Production 2026 during the Netherlands Film Festival, where they will be on display in the Storyspace exhibition at Utrecht Library on the Neude from September 25 to October 1. The selected works utilize digital techniques beyond the boundaries of film and television, while the relationship between humans and new technologies such as AI forms a recurring theme. The common thread running through the exhibition is the conversation between people, between humans and technology, and between humans and the search for meaning.
