Suzanne Raes and Venice De Castro Atienza co-direct We Had A Plan, a documentary having its world premiere at IDFA Luminous. The film follows Paul and Daniel, two Filipino men who return to the Philippines after years as undocumented cleaners in the Netherlands. Their romantic relationship barely survives the distance and uncertainty that follow.
