The 44th Turin Film Festival, under the direction of Giulio Base, presents 120 films from November 24 to December 2, including 21 world premieres. Women direct ten of the sixteen feature films in competition. The opening film is November 1963 – The Assassination of Kennedy by Roland Joffé, starring John Travolta.
