Cancellation After the first 12 months, you can cancel at any time (with immediate effect). Send an email to the helpdesk; mention your name and the date you want to cancel. Interim upgrade If you want to upgrade during the term of your membership, it is smart to contact the helpdesk: [email protected]. Technically, it is not yet possible to do this yourself. Renewal After twelve months, the membership is renewed for an indefinite period, that is, until you cancel your membership yourself. - You can stop your membership at any time after renewal, even if you have received the annual invoice (we can adjust it for you). After the first year a new annual invoice is sent. If you cancel your membership in the meantime, the invoice is adjusted and only the months already passed are charged**. Contribution The contribution remains in principle the same as for the first year. If a contribution increase is coming, we will announce it well in advance by email. Invoicing The first invoice (with VAT mention) is sent to you by email after payment. After that, you receive your invoice annually. If you cancel, you will receive an adjusted invoice after your cancellation has been processed. The original annual invoice then lapses. * All amounts include 21% VAT. ** In case of interim cancellation, a monthly rate is applied for personal memberships. We send you an adjusted/reduced invoice. The total is never more than the normal contribution for a year. The exact amount of the reduced amount depends on the type of membership you have chosen. For Filmpeople Plus and Pro the separate monthly amount is 9 euros per month. Agreements for paid memberships for companies are entered into for the duration of 12 months. The agreement will also automatically be extended for an indefinite period, each time per 12 months. On cancellation of a company membership, this will expire after this 12-month period.
