About the organization
The Netherlands Film Festival (NFF) in Utrecht is the place where Dutch film is presented and celebrated across the full spectrum for eight days. From Friday, September 25 to Friday, October 2, we screen the latest feature films, short films, digital productions, series, and documentaries, bringing filmmakers and audiences together. The organization consists of a compact core team that collaborates on specific projects with independent contractors who contribute to the festival from their own areas of expertise. The NFF is a learning organization: we want to continue to develop, including regarding who we bring in and how we collaborate. New perspectives are welcome and necessary in this regard. So, even if your path looks different from what is customary in the film world, please read on.

About the assignment
For the period from September 24, 2026, to October 3, 2026, we are seeking several independent professionals for various executive production assignments in the field of:

Location management
Car service and distribution
Executive program production

In these assignments, you are responsible for the daily operational execution of the festival and ensure that on-site activities run smoothly. You carry out the work independently and coordinate with the contact person from the NFF where necessary.
