DELTA Shorts is the premier film competition for young filmmakers. DELTA Shorts is a nationwide competition where anyone aged 14 to 35 can submit a short film to compete for the DELTA Young Talent Award and the accompanying fantastic cash prize of €1,000.

The competition
DELTA Shorts is a competition for short films of up to 10 minutes. If you have made a film or are planning to film soon, sign up. Whether you are self-taught or a film academy student, it doesn't matter. All submitted films stand a chance to win Awards. A selection will be made from all submissions in the run-up to the festival. During the festival, the nominated films will be screened and judged by a professional jury on Sunday, September 11.

Awards
By participating in DELTA Shorts with a short film, you stand a chance to win many special prizes. Participants can win the following prizes:
- The DELTA Young Talent Award (€ 1,000)
- Awards for best actor, actress, or screenplay
