From November 5 to 9, Utrecht is the place to be for one of the largest international animation film festivals!
The organization consists of a permanent crew, temporary staff, and a group of enthusiastic volunteers. We have already received quite a few applications for the various positions to be filled, but we are still looking for volunteers for the following areas:

General assistants
You can expect anything here. This team is deployed, among other things, to step in and handle urgent tasks. Both before, during, and after the festival.

Car service
The car service handles all transport tasks for the festival. This means you will be responsible for transporting both guests and goods. Among other things, you will pick up jury members and other VIPs from Schiphol. Naturally, you must possess a driver's license and driving experience for this position.

Press/Information/Guest Desk
You are responsible for welcoming guests and the press. You provide information about the program and the festival. Therefore, you must be well-informed. Furthermore, you have a service-oriented and presentable attitude.

Public survey
This team is sent out to scrutinize public opinion. You will walk around the festival and investigate visitor opinions using surveys. The surveys must be administered and processed. You are presentable and curious.

Cashiers / ticket sales
You are responsible for the advance sales, reservations, and sale of admission tickets, season tickets, multi-ride tickets, etc., at the central box office in Theater Kikker. Additionally, you provide visitors with information about films and the festival.

Distribution
The festival will produce a daily newspaper that will be distributed in the city every day. Flyers and posters will also be distributed. Additionally, you will be assigned to other tasks related to distribution.

Merchandise
We have a merchandise stand where DVDs, T-shirts, books, etc. will be sold. It is your task to manage this smoothly.
