Utrecht over Utrecht is the Cinema & Literature Festival for, about, and by Utrecht (city & province). On June 14, the Louis Hartlooper Complex in Utrecht will open its doors for the third time to all lovers of poetry, films, stories, and photography about Utrecht.

To ensure this edition overflows with creativity as well, we are looking for lovers of Utrecht. We would like to invite anyone who has a beautiful poem, photo, film, or story lying around, or who will be finishing one soon, to register.
