The NBF is once again participating in the Netherlands Film Festival this year with the annual NBF networking reception, featuring pitches by students from the Film Academy. This year, the reception will take place on Tuesday, September 29, at a new location: Club Cloud Nine at Tivoli Vredenburg.

At 6:00 PM, a selection of the 2016 graduating class of the Netherlands Film Academy will present their graduation projects to a larger audience for the first time. A selection committee, consisting of Anton Scholten (Chair of the NBF, Filmmore), Oeke Hoogendijk (documentary director), Idse Grotenhuis (Talpa), and Hanneke Niens (Keyfilm), selected seven projects from all graduation plans during a pitch session. The filmmakers will give a short pitch at the networking reception and will have the opportunity to call for support for their projects.
