The submission deadline is 31 August and the next expert committee will take place in October 2008.
To be eligible, the application must contain the following elements:
1. a fully completed and signed application form
2. the complete program for the first semester of 2008, in Excel, on disk or by email; it is also possible to enter the program directly on the Europa Cinemas website in the 'Member zone'.
3. the list of initiatives aimed at the young audience
4. copies of publications
5. A list of sales extras for the distributor
6. Photos of the film theater and the operator
