Production grant for four dance films as part of Point Taken

In 2010, the Media Fund and the Performing Arts Fund, in collaboration with the NPS and Cinedans, made the project Point Taken possible, in which four teams of choreographers and filmmakers living and working in the Netherlands jointly created a dance film. During the selection process, particular attention was paid to the quality, originality, and feasibility of the film plan. All teams received a contribution of €100,000 to realize the short dance film. The production was handled by KeyFilm and the NPS.
The dance films will premiere at Cinedans in December 2010, followed by a television broadcast by the NPS.

From 49 applications, a joint advisory committee of the Media Fund, the Performing Arts Fund, and the NPS preferred the following projects:
