I am directing a video reportage about the Dutch Palestine Committee, focusing on the "Nakba" commemoration on May 15, or the Palestinian expulsion of 1948. The shooting will take place at the Amsterdam Resistance Museum and at another location that is yet to be confirmed.

Making this vodcast is an unpaid task for me and is undertaken on my own initiative for a humanitarian cause. The assignment is intended for people who have an affinity for and passion for camerawork. The person participating will receive reimbursement for expenses and will, of course, be credited in the film, which will be posted on a journalistic website.

I have film equipment (Sony HVR-Z1 digital HD camera, Miller DS-10 tripod, Sennheiser directional microphone & boom, and a set of various microphones) and am looking for a cameraman or woman with sufficient knowledge of operating a (semi-)professional digital camera. If you want to gain more experience in camerawork or find it a challenge to contribute to clarity regarding one of the most misunderstood subjects in the media, you will certainly get something in return.
