The festival consists of an international selection and competition of approximately 70 very short films, with a maximum length of 3 minutes. The only rule of the festival is length, thereby guaranteeing diversity, originality, and creativity.
The Festival has been taking place for years in major cities all over the world. Organized in Paris, this festival has charmed and impressed an increasing number of people where the research takes place. And now also in Amsterdam.
