The Northern Amateur Film Festival is a festival for non-professional filmmakers and is part of the Northern Film Festival in Leeuwarden. The Northern Amateur Film Festival is the place where talented and ambitious non-professional filmmakers and film enthusiasts from all over the country can meet each other, inspire each other and perhaps develop the best ideas together.

For the Northern Amateur Film Festival on November 13, 2010 we are again looking for new creative videos of maximum 20 minutes. There are three categories for which you can submit videos:
- young people (up to 19 years)
- amateurs
- audiovisual students
Submit your videos before September 1, 2010 using a registration form from the Northern Amateur Film Festival website.
