My broad experience in the professional field is a solid foundation for knowledge transfer. As a director and program maker I was involved in various television productions. Experience in the field of fiction, documentary, soap and reality.... and as First AD I was on the set of various drama productions for Film and Television. That is how I developed myself in supervising the filming process; how do you work together and how do shared talents come into their own during the creative process? As a teacher and coach, I carefully guide the creative process and invest with great pleasure in the development of people who are eager to learn.
