about me
My name is Vala Verhoef. I love acting, dancing, and singing. I'm currently in my fifth year of secondary school (Havo 5), which I'm combining with the preparatory dance program at Fontys Academy of the Arts. Besides dance, I also have drama as an exam subject. When I auditioned for the role of Eva/Kate in the Efteling theater show Caro at the age of nine, it was the beginning of it all. I was thrilled to dance and play the role. At twelve, I also landed the role of little Danielle in the Netflix series Ferry, and that was my first experience in front of the camera. After that, I had supporting roles in programs like Talpa's Medisch Centrum West and Dylan Haegens Media's De eerste keer (The First Time).
