Queer collaboration: 3 Actors for short film needed
The characters:
• Jackie, (our protagonist, mid-20’s) Jackie is ambitious, albeit in a slightly self-destructive way. She’s more than willing to put her research before her own well-being. She’s stubborn and has a false sense of control over the situations she finds herself in.
• Jade, (the mystery girl, mid-20’s) Jade is very much a mystery to the audience (and Jackie!) that slowly unfolds. The mysterious nature of her appearances turn her into somewhat of a mythical figure, and Jackie is desperate to find out more about her. We find out there's a whole lot more about her than meets te eye...
• Cait, (Jackie’s best friend, mid-20’s) Cait is worried for Jackie’s health, however she knows there’s really no stopping her when she has her mind set on something, especially something as important to her as this. She provides words of reason that fall onto not-listening ears.
