A Nooshin

Allround Media Stagaire

We are looking for an intern (32-40 hrs) that is excited about social media and digital communication in general as well as filming and editing videos, and who can help us reach our audience by enhancing our communication. Our communications team at The Decision Institute is small, which means you’ll get a chance to work on a lot of different skills: writing content for our websites, assist with creation and dissemination of videoclips and help us with the branding of new initiatives. Our Communication & Social Media Intern will also help create newsletters and social media content, working on communication strategy, managing web analytics, working closely with the communications manager and creating a clear and efficient plan of action for yourself. Although part of your week will be consistent and allows you to really dive into and improve on specific aspects of digital communication, the rest is usually very diverse and will enable you to try out a lot of different communications channels and methods. Being a Communication & Social Media Intern at The Decision Institute requires flexibility and a diverse set of skills from your side, but comes with a lot of freedom and great learning opportunities. If you’re ambitious, capable of managing your own time and comfortable working in a hectic environment alongside passionate colleagues, this could be the internship for you. Since we communicate in English, and writing is obviously important in this job, we are looking for someone that has creative writing skills in English and has preferably managed a blog, Twitter account or Facebook Page before. If you’ve touched a camera in the past, that’s also worth a few extra points. When you apply, ask yourself: What do I want to learn and improve on?
