Job Vacancy: Photographer on Aruba!!
Wings Global Media is looking for a Professional Photographer for our Caribbean team based on Aruba. If Photography (and Cinematography) is your passion, you might be the person we are looking for!
The position will be vacant from Oct. 1st 2015.
The Aruban market is mostly focused on tourism, so are we! We are one of the leading companies offering both photography & videography in the Caribbean. With clients such as; the international hotel chains (The Ritz Carlton, Hyatt, Marriott etc.), The Aruba Tourism Authority, DMC’s (Destination Management Companies) and the biggest local companies / distributors (Aruba Bank / Heineken / Pepsi / Subway / PwC) we set our footprint in this large tourism industry. Occasionally our team travels to other Caribbean Islands for international / abroad clients.
Our small, young and dynamic team consists of photographers & videographers, and everything is done in-house (Photo Editing / Video Editing / Aerial Drone Cinematography and Photography / Aftereffects).
For weddings “Aruba Wedding” is our wedding & romance oriented entity under Wings Global Media’s umbrella. “Aruba Wedding” is totally specialized on both wedding photography & videography.
Who are we looking for?
You are an experienced photographer in capturing engaging moments such as weddings / family / romance, and working with models for commercial purposes. You will be our main photographer, so you will be responsible of all photography related projects.
As a small team we need to be flexible and cooperative to each other, therefore we are looking for someone with the ambition to improve their DSLR Cinematography skills. In case your DSLR Cinematography / Video Editing knowledge is basic, we require that you are willing to learn fast! Our team will guide you and we will train you in becoming a professional, although still at least 50% of your projects will be photography / photography editing related.
Other Qualifications / Criteria
-Min. 4 years photography experience
-Flexible team player
-A creative, enthusiastic and world wise person
-Strong English communication skills
-Min. 1 year available
-Good knowledge on Lightroom / Photoshop
-In possession of a drivers license
-Available Oct. 1st. 2015
