Couchsurfing is looking for an Asian actrice!
Hi there,
Riverpark film is currently in pre-production for the short film 'Couchsurfing'
A young tourist from Asia who get's robbed in Amsterdam. Luckily she can couchsurf (sleep at somebody's house for free) in the house of the disabled Gerrit. But he becomes more and more demanding and she must choose if she will stand up to Gerrit.
For the role of the girl we are looking for an Asian looking woman, preferably between 18 and 27 years old, at least being able to seem 19. No piercings, visible tattoos or other outspoken features. Experience is a big plus. Also having an Asian accent, or being able to fake one very well, when speaking English is a must. (So start practicing!)
Tess Lïwenhardt is the director, well known Joost Rietdijk is the DOP and famous Dutch Dragan Bakema is attached to play Gerrit.
We're looking at 3 days of shooting in Amsterdam or Rotterdam in the beginning of 2014. We are a low-budget production, so we can't offer a fee, but we have an amazing, enthousiastic team. So this is a passion project, to work with filmmakers of the future and for your own resume.
