Kunststudent zoekt acteurs en actrices voor film project
Dear reader,
I have a series of small scripts (each of them max. 200 words - often less!) that I would like to be reenacted by different characters. Part of the plan is a certain influence of the actor/ actress himself/herself that means I'd like to talk it over together and you come up yourself (or we can come up together) with an interesting way to visualize the script in question (that is perhaps also the most interesting part for you!). I'm looking for both a sort of understated acting style as well as an intense screen persona.
I'm assuming that this project won't take more than 6 hours of your time (including the first meet-up to plan, the learning of the script and the actual filming - so, it's 6 hours distributed over several days, weeks). You will be filmed in front of a green screen although that may change in one or two cases.
As a third year student of the Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, I'm certainly not a master craftsman - I do however have experience with camera work, lighting and work with third parties (actors/ actresses, interviewees and such). Thus, I'm not expecting a made actor or actress in return but instead someone who is willing to experiment together and join hands in some creative work. It doesn't matter which age, nationality or gender you are.
Later, of course, you will be able to keep and/ or display a copy of your acting (perhaps the whole work if you like) or - deny the use of the scene you acted if you happen to have objections of any kind.
