Idle Eye
Documentary on Mirrors and Intimacy
The film is produced by Idle Eye, a film company producing arthouse films which question given norms. It is directed by Naomi Pacifique. Naomi’s work explores intimacy and seeks particularly to de-sexualise the body, meaning that the film looks to engage empathy for the body, and to dismantle possibilities for the viewer to see any sexuality in the film.
We prioritise a safe space and therefore we will go through a process of first meeting or calling to speak through concerns and see if the film is really a match for any interested participant. The shoot itself will be of reduced crew.
The casting and participation process takes the form of a conversation, and then the filmed interview.
Do get in touch if these themes and approach is of interest to you.
