Film Production Internship
We are looking for a passionate and motivated film production intern to join our team in September 2026 and support both our production and our online presence. We are particularly excited to work with someone who enjoys combining film production with social media and marketing, as we are actively expanding our visibility and voice online.
We would love to work with you if you:
Lives in Rotterdam.
You are a current bachelor's or master's student in filmmaking, audiovisual design, media, marketing, or a related field.
Are passionate about filmmaking and the production process.
Speaks fluent English (Dutch is a plus, and other languages are also welcome).
Have a strong interest in and understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital engagement.
You are familiar with planning, crew coordination, or editing software.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
You derive energy from a dynamic work environment and can adapt to changing tasks.
You are flexible and handle spontaneity well — flexibility is a big plus.
This internship offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in film production, while simultaneously developing social media and marketing skills and growing together with the So-We team.
