Are robots really taking our jobs?

In the podcast series 'The Future of Work', Carlijn Pluijmakers Emmen seeks the answer to this question. And she digs deeper. After all, how do you, as a professional or organization, ensure that you adapt in time to a rapidly changing world? What are the jobs of the future? Which skills are indispensable? And what if an algorithm is your boss? Carlijn engages in conversation with original thinkers, pioneers, and future makers. She visits Koen Schobbers, the first professional gamer in the Netherlands. Gaming is now more than just a game. For instance, gamers have an advantage for an increasing number of jobs. She also speaks with the greatest visual effects artist: Justin van der Lek. Justin shows that with perseverance, you really can end up on sets like Star Wars and The Avengers. Furthermore, Carlijn joins popular philosopher Bas Haring at the table. (Can artificial intelligence replace our creativity? And will diplomas still exist in the future?) And she grills Amber Jae Joosten. Amber is the founder of the world's first digital fashion house and designs clothing for avatars and holograms, among others, for various global brands. Talk about the jobs of the future. Curious?
