MACK is the main character. He is a diligent student in Eindhoven with a bright future. He will discover a magic book and when he opens it, he will be cursed; The characters Tippy and Scarsin will be forced in to Mack's mind. Tippy is kind and will try to help Mack undo this curse. Scarsin has unfinished business with the real world and thus wants to take over Mack's mind in order to avenge his creator (The Author) who was brutally murdered. As events unfold, Mack will find out that The Author was actually his father who disappeared when Mack was young. This will leave him with anger. This movie will be like a metaphor for when someone lets their anger take control of their actions. Mack going up against Scarsin is actually Mack resisting the rageful need to throw away his future just to avenge his Father.

TIPPY is a fictional character from the magic book who is forced in to the Mind of Mack Munsley as a result of a curse when Mack opens the magic book. Tippy will try to help Mack in undoing this curse and will also serve as a Moral Compass to Mack for when Mack figures out about the disappearance of his father. Mack wants to avenge his father by torturing the killer, but Tippy reminds Mack of his bright future and how he might throw that all away if he takes revenge.
In Tippy's original world, everything is made out of Candy, everyone is nice and positive and her story was mainly one written for children. She's a very positive person, smiles a lot and tries to look on the bright side. She knows a lot about the book and it's curse because she had a bond with the Author. This is why she is capable of guiding Mack on how to undo the curse, and she is well aware of the evil forces of the book and how they pose a potential threat as long as the curse is active.

SCARSIN (original name: Blake Benson) is a fictional character from the magic book who is forced in to the Mind of Mack Munsley as a result of a curse when Mack opens the magic book. Scarsin will take this opportunity to take over Mack's body in order to bring justice to his creator (Mack's Father/The Author of the book). Scarsin serves as the villain/anti-hero of the story.
In Scarsin's original world, The world is filled with Corruption, Injustice and crime. Scarsin adapted to this life but his story was supposed to bring him much further. However, the author of the book was murdered, as a result, his story was never fully written and Scarsin remained in the darkest moments of his life/story. This fueled him with rage and serves as the prime motive for his villainy ways.
