VOTE LIBERATION WORKSHOP IN HAARLEM MATCH YOURSELF FEELING EXPERIENCED EXPRESSING You can only feel in the now Experience is only possible in the now Expressing is only possible in the now MATCH YOURSELF, as it lives with you and is at the moment. With what then? With sound, your sound, your voice, with what is in you now. How? By letting out what lives inside you right now. You can sing in two ways: As we are used to, do your best to sing beautifully, for yourself or for someone else. Yet you can get into a cramp, because you or someone else has an opinion about your singing. Or you don't do your best and effortlessly let out what lives inside. That inner song often releases tensions in the form of emotions, such as joy or pain. Everything can be included in your sound. The latter is about liberation of the vote. With voice liberation we continuously go back to our body with our attention and breathing and we create sound. There is no right or wrong in this. In this way we can give free space to something that lives in us through the voice. This will make you feel more and more your own power. Voice liberation is not about being able to sing beautifully. It's about freeing yourself from that which is currently limiting you to live fully. Here we use our voice as an input. Because this is the most direct way in and because it's wonderful to give your voice all the space it needs. In a small group of a maximum of 8 participants, we will get started with simple exercises in a fun, safe way. There is a chance that it will make you happy and that your singing will sound freer. It is also quite possible that you will feel more free in your daily life. Your desire is enough to participate in this workshop. Aptitude or experience with singing is of no importance. Nadat FC Walvisch is overgenomen door DJ Martin Garrix en is omgedoopt in STMPD Recording Studios is OQTOO verhuisd naar de Distelweg 80L in Amsterdam-Noord. OQTOO is daar een intensieve samenwerking aangegaan met REDLINE Postprduction en andere huisgenoten. Het vaste audio team bestaat uit de sound designers Alex Booy, Huibert Boon, Jaim Sahuleka en Taco Drijfhout. De beeldbewerking is in handen van colorist Joel Sahuleka en online editor Daan Janssen. Wij streven naar een optimale match van creatief talent en kiezen graag met de opdrachtgever het beste team. Daarom werken we ook met freelance coloristen en met diverse specialisten op het gebied van vormgeving, design en VFX. Naast diverse televisieseries en TV programma’s werken we hier op de Distelweg op dit moment aan het sounddesign van De kleine ijstijd de nieuwste speelfilm van Paula van der Oest en aan Het leven is vurrukkulluk, van regisseur Frans Weiss en scenarist / componist Theo Nijland. Deze bijzondere speelfilm, naar het boek van Remco Campert, wordt op dit moment nog gemonteerd door Eric Disselhof. We starten over enkele weken met het sounddesign, waarin veel muziek gecombineerd wordt met romantiek, poëzie en drama. Theo Nijland heeft de muziek geschreven die in de Power Sound Studios van Paul Pouwer zal worden opgenomen met de David Kweksilber Bigband. Zowel de filmmixage als de grading zullen plaatsvinden in onze nieuwe gekalibreerde 5.1/7.1 surround CINEMA met BARCO 4K DCI projectie. Zaal is ook beschikbaar voor viewing. Daarnaast zijn er TV grading-, montage- en sound design suites, een opnameruimte voor foley, ADR, hoorspelen en kleine muziekensembles. We timmeren letterlijk hard aan de weg om van de Distelweg een superHUB te maken. Trots zijn we op wat we tot nu toe gerealiseerd hebben en hopen binnenkort ook jou te mogen verwelkomen om aan een prachtige productie te werken of… gewoon even een kop koffie te drinken om kennis te maken. OQTOO Collective Soul is een postproductie-netwerk waarin projectmatig gewerkt wordt onder één label. Vrije keuze in mensen, maar per project als 1 team! Funding your film workshop

How should I finance my film? We often get this question. This was therefore the main reason for us to start a workshop in which you learn, based on practical examples, what exactly is needed for this. Date: July 4, 2017 Location: Henri Polaklaan 12 C, Amsterdam Time: 19.30 - 22.30 Price: Euro 35 (incl. VAT) During the evening, theoretical knowledge and practical tips are alternated with playful assignments. All this with the aim of making the financing process transparent for filmmakers. Unique to the workshop is the double perspective: within 2 hours we go through the most important steps of the financing process through the eyes of the producer, but also through those of the director. A number of components are specifically discussed here: 1. strategy 2. project plan 3. pitch 4. financing These points are treated in an accessible way so that they can also be directly applied to your plan. At the end of the workshop you will leave with a clear picture of the financing process. But do you think: this is not enough. Are there things you want to know more about or do you need an individual conversation? We give you the opportunity to communicate this to us so that we can offer new workshops in the near future focused on more specific themes. The ultimate goal is FUNding: working together on financial things that seem unnecessarily difficult but can actually be quite fun!
