Located on the fifth floor of Da Vinci Creatieve Ruimtes, we have various workspaces for rent in an 80m² office space featuring two well-soundproofed studios of 12.5m² and 10m². Ideal as a photo studio or for sound shooting, video editing, and the like. The space has a beautiful industrial look with plenty of natural light and a stunning view over a large part of Amsterdam.
We are two filmmakers moving into this space on March 1st and will be furnishing it to create nice, spacious workspaces and a cozy lunch table. Additionally, we want to share the two studios for video shooting, a photography studio, an editing/voice-over studio, and also as a space where you can work quietly, make calls, or hold meetings.
One of the great aspects of the office is its fantastic location. The building is situated practically on Westerpark and is close to the city center. This allows you to get where you want to be quickly, yet it remains pleasantly quiet around the building. It is easily accessible by public transport, car, and bicycle. On-site parking is available as a paid service. Clients and guests can park their cars for free.
Furthermore, you will find many convenient amenities in the building, such as a reception and a very good lunchroom where you can informally get to know other creative entrepreneurs.
