There are only a limited number of places for these intensive, but fun master classes in The Hague! Act Saturday 2 or 9 January - 10:00-17:00 € 50 How do you ensure that you come across as believable as an actor? On this intensive day I will bring to your attention the following methods that are used in Hollywood: How do you analyze a script and learn scenes, casting, different styles of acting, practice scenes, how does a film set work, the do's and don'ts in acting and much more! Scenario Sunday January 3 - 10:00-17:00 € 50 How do you come up with an idea and how do you know if it's a good idea for a film? How do you develop this into a complete screenplay using the Hollywood method? What are pitches and how do they work? How do you create interesting characters? How do you create a good structure? We will analyze scenes and also work with your stories so that you have a good step-by-step plan to further write the scenario. Direction Sunday January 10 - 10:00-17:00 € 50 What is and what does a director do? On this intensive day, we will go through methods that I learned in Hollywood, look at what a directing is and we will look at what a good script is, casting, shot composition, different lenses, planning shots & making diagrams, how to direct a scene, how do you direct actors, how do you tell a story through film language?
