Dutch films BON BINI HOLLAND and PUBLIC WORKS n

Four films represented by the Dutch sales agent Dutch Features Global Entertainment, including the cinema hit BON BINI HOLLAND with Jandino Asporaat and PUBLIEKE WERKEN, based on the bestseller of the same name by Thomas Rosenboom, will soon be available worldwide on Netflix. In addition to the Dutch titles, the deal that Dutch Features signed with Netflix also includes the award-winning drama YOU CARRY ME, Montenegro's official entry for the Academy Awards©, and SUICIDE, the very first action thriller ever set in Jerusalem. YOU CARRY ME and SUICIDE can be seen on the popular streaming service from May 15. It is not yet known when the Dutch films can be seen exactly. Pim van Collem, CEO of Dutch Features: “The deal we signed with Netflix is the most important SVOD deal since Dutch Features was founded in 2012. It is great to see a platform like Netflix committing itself to several films from our catalog - a true confirmation of the quality and global potential of our titles. In addition, this deal is an important milestone for Dutch cinema: two major Dutch films, which have already proved very successful in the cinema, will soon be available to millions of subscribers around the world.” During the film festival in Cannes, Dutch Features will present many new titles to the international film world in addition to the above films, including the acclaimed and successful KNEELING ON A BED OF VIOLEN with Barry Atsma and Noortje Herlaar, which achieved the status of Golden Film last March.

NBF evening – Highlights technology fair NAB Mon. 30th of May

On Monday, May 30, the NBF networking drink will focus on the highlights of the NAB, the largest technology fair in the world that took place from April 16 to 21 in Las Vegas. Guy Molin will explain the most important new developments presented at the fair in an extensive presentation. A tip of the veil: there are many new developments around HDR (High Dynamic Range) and VR (Virtual Reality) that are very worthwhile. Of course there are also many other nice novelties presented.
