Camjo (Camera Journalist) is a production technique in which one person takes care of the entire development, recording and finishing (self-directing camera person). At Open Studio we like to see this broader than just news reporting: from product presentation to human interest, from oral history to online storytelling. If you want to develop into an all-round and independent program maker, the VAK Camjo training is a good starting point. The VAK Camjo training focuses on the fact that you are simultaneously an editor, director, cameraman/woman, soundman/woman, interviewer and editor. Each skill is treated separately, both technically and substantively. Within this training we work with the Final Cut Pro X program during the editing block. For more information click on the url.
