internship short documentary
Students to make a short documentary about the green future of the European/Romanian countryside:
This year 20 students will team up in Transylvania, Romania with local students to discuss a greener future of the European countryside. We will visit farming communities that are rapidly changing due to EU membership and demographic developments. We will actively participate in the daily lives of the rural people and discuss with them their views on current developments and the future of the countryside. You will visits innovative and traditional farms, a nature project, and companies involved in the (re)shaping of the Romanian countryside and its preservation for future generations.
We believe that the topic would be a very interesting one for a short documentary. Illustrating current development through insitu interviews with stakeholders like (traditional) farmers, nature conservers, politicians and policymakers. The student exchange enables that these contact can easily be accessed.
We search students (max 3) at the last phase of their studies, who like to make a short documentary about this topic.
