Sound studio & video suite For Takeover/For rent UTRECHT

Due to the relocation of our company to Amsterdam, our studios in Utrecht are available for acquisition. Together with the property owner, we look for a suitable candidate (or several) who wants to settle in the beautiful center of Utrecht. It is a professional sound studio with a control room, recording room and technical room (Studio 1: 55m2)) and a beautiful suite suitable for audio or video post-production (Studio 2: 40m2). Both studios can be rented independently, but a combination of 2 parties is obvious. You pay a purchase price for the takeover and we will mediate in a new rental contract to be concluded with the owner of the property. The takeover concerns the renovation and electrical adjustments. Optionally, it is possible to take over (part of) the equipment. If you are interested or know someone in your area, please send an email with your personal details. Hi, Do you know that? A fantastic idea/plot/synopsis, but the script is 'it just isn't' or complete rubbish. "We can't sell this to the Film Fund." Or the other way around - fantastically worked out, beautiful dialogues, characters with whom you would like to go on holiday and a wonderful atmosphere description, but... what is it actually about?? Then it's time for the NL script doctor, moi. Nice to meet you. Twenty years ago I started writing and rewriting screenplays for TV commercials, company presentations, a soap/edu series for the former South Holland Employment Offices and Wieteke van Dort Productions. With the rise of the internet, this work faded into the background for me. Visual writing and rewriting of: concepts, policy plans, folder texts and web content is what I have always done. Now, fifteen years later, the circle has to be completed: I am available again for (revision of) text that should form the basis of image & sound. Am I expensive? No idea, fixed fees, I like that.
