Hello! I am Alona, 27 years young, and absolutely crazy about fashion, makeup, and hairstyles. I dropped out of my original mathematics studies to pursue my great passion: becoming a stylist. I pursued these studies with great enthusiasm and completed them with very good results. During my studies, I had the privilege of working on several fashion shows as a stylist for the models. This was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, and since then, it has been my dream to act and style models. In my homeland, Ukraine, I also gained experience styling for television programs and performed styling work for model agencies Elite Club Models. In addition to extensive experience in make-up and hairstyling, I have had the opportunity to design and make clothing myself for various assignments. I therefore believe I can call myself an all-round stylist. Furthermore, I have a great ambition to achieve a top performance with top models. In addition to my styling skills, I am social, positive, and always cheerful, with an interesting past. I grew up in a small rural village, Saki, on the Crimean Peninsula on the Black Sea in Ukraine. For my studies, I moved to the megacity of Kyiv, where I studied for three years. Since my mother moved to the Netherlands 10 years ago and I have since met a Dutch boyfriend, I also moved to the Netherlands myself in the summer of 2009. From November 2009, I followed an eight-month full-time Dutch language course at the UVA in Amsterdam, which I completed in June 2010. I now speak good Dutch. In addition, I speak fluent Russian, Ukrainian, and English. To further strengthen my knowledge and experience and to integrate into the Dutch world of fashion, make-up, and hairstyling, I completed a make-up course with Pascale Tesser at B Academy in Amsterdam. During my studies, I had the opportunity to work with professional photographers and models, allowing me to expand my portfolio. Additionally, I was asked to join the Colourfool Agency team at major fashion shows! Through B Academy, I ended up at Inglot, where I became a make-up artist and make-up salesperson. I worked at Inglot for six months, but I have since decided to move forward with my career and work in my desired direction. And that is, of course, photoshoots for magazines, fashion shows, and television! My first TV project for SBS6 concluded at the end of March, where I worked successfully as a make-up artist, stylist, and hairstylist.
