A'dam-C: Workstations or entire office for rent
In a space in an old warehouse in the Vinkenstraat (around the corner from Haarlemmerdijk), a number of workplaces have become available for creatives/journalists/relatives.
A workplace costs € 170 excluding VAT per month, but everything else is included, such as cleaning, Internet, telephone line, taxes, use of color laser printer/copier/fax, energy, water, maintenance and consumption costs.
A rent of € 135 excluding VAT per month is also possible for those who want to take on responsibility for minor management (buying garbage bags, first point of contact in case of problems).
Take a chair, a table (we can borrow it for you), a lamp and possibly. a cupboard, set up your place the way you want, plug yourself in and get to work.
Tenants must (largely) have activities subject to VAT.
There is no reception area for customers or a meeting room, but this is of course possible sporadically by appointment with your fellow office mates.
The entire space (50 m²) can also be rented for € 655 per month, including advance energy and service costs, but excluding the rest and with € 750 acquisition costs.
