Starts Oct 2 - Autumn holiday week in France 21 - 27 Oct AMSTERDAM The 10-lesson course is for people from various artistic disciplines. A workshop serves as an introduction to the fundamentals and effects of animation. It is a clear and efficient way to see if animation is something you would like to pursue further, for example if you want to take a course or apply animation in a project. Making an animated film can shed a whole new light on your work and, above all, provides a great deal of fun due to the manual cutting and pasting! We work with Windows and Mac. You will learn the entire animation process, from script/storyboard to final editing with sound and voices. FRANCE The holiday/entertainment week is for everyone, including artists. At our beautiful location in the tiny village of Acquet in French Picardy (Northwest France), you can alternate entertaining with a walk or bike ride in the surrounding area or along the beach. It is a 4-hour drive from Utrecht. We are forming carpools. Motivated girl is looking for work in the film / TV production

Hello, I'm Jennifer Schenk and I'm 24 years old and I graduated in communication science at the University of Amsterdam. I used to always want to do something with television or advertising and that's why I chose this course, because it still allowed me to go in all directions. When I finished this course I noticed how difficult it was to find a good job. Because I was also very young, I had decided to first follow a two-year sports course at NHB Deurne. My goal was to learn to ride better and to gain more knowledge in the field of equestrian sports. Now that I've finished that course, I'm sure that a job in film or television production is really what I would like to do for the rest of my life. I have attended many different shoots in the past, as I have always found it very interesting how a production is made and how the final product is actually broadcast on television. A job in production really appeals to me, because no day is the same, your tasks are very broad and you don't sit behind a desk all day. Last year I contributed to the production of a short film for the film festival. I gained a lot of experience in all aspects of the production process, including coming up with the scenario, scouting locations, contacting suppliers and extras, making call sheets, taking care of the catering and actually helping on the set. I am very motivated, I can perform well both in a team and independently, I do not have 9 to 5 metaphysics and I have a driving license B. I am very precise and patient and always give it my full 100%. I can also perform well under heavy time pressure and I can respond well to unexpected situations / events. I would love to hear from you if you have a suitable job for me! MVG Jennifer Schenk
