The program is preceded by Web Development and Web Development Advanced. Programming is an important part of the course. The basics of JavaScript from the previous module are explored in greater depth, and you learn to write your own functions. Dit betekent dat voor de onderwerpen Final Cut Express, Photoshop, Dreamweaver en Pro Tools gebruik wordt gemaakt van de door Apple, Adobe en Avid geautoriseerde trainingsopzet en het bijbehorende officiële lesmateriaal. Hoewel niet verplicht, is het mogelijk om de door Apple, Adobe en Avid geautoriseerde lessen af te ronden met een examen. Je ontvangt dan een officieel certificaat voor dit onderdeel. Bespreek de mogelijkheden hiervoor met de docent. Lesmateriaal Bij de opleiding Web Development Advanced ontvang je een reader, boordevol aanvullende informatie, opdrachten en tips, speciaal samengesteld door de docent. Benodigde voorkennis - de stof uit de opleiding Web Development - kennis van de Engelse taal (software en lesmateriaal zijn in het Engels) Verder studeren Het is mogelijk de hele opleiding tot MultiMedia Engineer te doen, hiervoor dien je dan enkel nog de module Interactive Media te volgen. Nadat je de drie modules van de opleiding MultiMedia Engineer hebt afgerond, is het mogelijk om nog dieper de stof in te duiken en de opleiding Interactive Programmer of PHP/MySQL te volgen. Deze aanvullende opleidingen tillen jouw kennis en vaardigheden naar een hoger niveau. Sinds 2005 heeft CMM een samenwerkingsverband met Staffordshire University. Hierdoor is het mogelijk om, na het succesvol afronden van de opleidingen MultiMedia Engineer en PHP/MySQL, door te studeren voor een Bachelor of Arts of een Bachelor of Science degree.
