Send in your film for the Incubate festival!

This year, the Incubate film program goes open source as well. Last year we already made a start by playing the re-cut trailers and edits of existing films in the Pirate film program, but this year we go beyond that. This year anybody can submit their video work to us for a place on the big screen. Your work can be part of the official program of Incubate 2011. Who? Are you an independent film maker? A visual artists who uses film and video or animation? Do you make your own little documentaries or make small clips or films for songs you really like? Do you like to re-edit existing films, make sweded versions of films or are you a film enthusiast in any way? Then we call on you to give us something to play in the open source film program during the Incubate festival. You can send an email to [email protected] if you have something you want to screen, she will get back to you with a form you have to fill out and we'll take it from there. Deadline for sending in your work is June 20th 2011 and the definite selection will be made before July 4th 2011. Rules Films or clips cannot be longer than 60 minutes, other than that, we have no rules, except that we prefer you be present for your own screening. If this is not possible or if you are not around in Tilburg during the festival, you can still send in your work. INCUBATE is the annual celebration of independent culture in Tilburg, the Netherlands. It is a festival exhibiting a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. Specifically for these individuals, the NBF has developed a professional hosting service, fully tailored to the AV professional. This allows for the quick and easy setup of a personal website where films can be presented and which is easily found by potential clients. Included is the use of a basic website (template) that is easy to customize yourself, ensuring that online information is always up to date. In this way, it is possible to present yourself or a company worldwide in a professional manner. However, even if you, as an AV professional, already have your own site, you can still use the NBF hosting service; in this case, the NBF handles the transfer effortlessly and without administrative hassle. After registration, the NBF handles the entire process, ensuring the new website is online within a very short time or an existing website is quickly transferred to the NBF server. A helpdesk is included in the service, so assistance can be requested by phone, email, or via remote desktop for questions and problems. The hosting service is intended for both members and non-members, but NBF members receive a substantial discount on the monthly fee.
