WANTED: documentary subject in Brabant
'The unfinished city' is a project about Brabant. It is about the relationship between city and people. How do individuals commit themselves to building the city, satisfying their needs, realizing their dreams, however individual they may be to make a city together, a mosaic metropolis.
As a documentary director I am looking for subjects for a film of about 12 minutes on the above subject:
-a person from Brabant (or a group of people from Brabant) who is in the middle of the creative process (think of an architect, a writer, an organic farmer, a starting entrepreneur, a theater maker, and festival organizer, an exhibition builder, a scientific researcher, a restaurateru, a mother, an urban planner, a gardener, a bicycle repairman,...)
-A creative process that is tied to a place in Brabant, this place is an emphatic part of the film.
-the 'making'
-the maker in relation to his environment and the place.
