I specialize in highly creative, subjective and innovative quasi-documentary camerawork (example: City of God, Constant Gardener, United 93), which provides a great deal of variety and visual benefits. Camera work is known for increasing the realism within the film. I am also good at professional frames (example: standard Hollywood camera work). I like to adapt my camera work to the wishes of the director/client. My experience: In the past 1.5 years I have worked on 15 video clips, of which I have completely directed, recorded and edited 8 of them. I also made a TV show pilot. I like to work with a Sony HDR-FX1 or other HDV cameras. I prefer to offer myself as a cameraman but I also work as an editor. All video clips in my portfolio (link below) have been edited by me.
