My name is Ricardo Brouwer, I am 17 years old, and I live in Kollum, Friesland. Extroverted, ambitious, and eager to learn are some of the qualities I possess. I am now reasonably experienced as a television presenter. I have had many famous Dutch people (Doutzen Kroes, Bastiaan van Schaik, Sylvana Simons, Patty Brard, and more) in front of the camera for Froeks.TV. I am also reasonably experienced as an editor; I work as an editor at Omroep Mercurius in Leeuwarden. I have very little experience as a radio presenter/DJ, but I would very much like to learn that. Since I stopped school in mid-August (I was studying theatre in Leeuwarden), I have been working at Omroep Mercurius, where I have gained a tremendous amount of experience in a very short time, both as an editor and as a television reporter. I had already been working for Froeks.TV for some time, specifically since February of this year. Furthermore, I am also active on stage, having won Kunstbende Friesland twice in the Theatre category (2006 & 2008).

I am currently completing my training. In the meantime, I am looking for interesting, possibly extreme roles that would allow me to expand my palette as an actor. In principle I am a theater actor, but my experiences with the camera have certainly aroused my interest. I don't have a lot of experience yet, nor do I have a website where you could admire me, but I am very enthusiastic and eager to learn. So far I have had very pleasant experiences. I can assure you that I am very versatile and that I am open to everything. In the meantime, I still work in the catering industry to earn some extra money, but I prefer to just act. If I have or receive enough assignments, I could finally leave the catering industry behind and really pursue my passion.
