For whom is participation interesting?
An introduction to the profession at a professional level and the vision of De Trap.
During this process, it is mapped out what the student has to work on in a playful way. This project can also be regarded as an audition for the youth training
What can you learn?
Basic acting exercises, relaxation and concentration exercises, improvisations, elementary acting techniques, working with text, technical camera exercises, specific camera acting exercises.

About The Trap:
The De Trap Foundation was founded in 1986 and was the first in the Netherlands to start offering professional private (part-time) acting training and (camera) acting workshops via De Trap Workshops.
Through these years of experience, a well-balanced study path that is in line with the professional field has been developed.
All lessons are supervised by highly experienced teachers from the field of theatre, film and television.
Teachers who have taught now or in the past include: Victor Low, Jaap Spijkers, Shireen Stroker, Elisabeth Andersen, Hein van der Heijden, Joep Sertons, Tony Vijzelman, Peter Eversteijn and many others
De Trap and de Trap Workshops together are the largest independent training & workshop institute in the field of acting in the Netherlands. Highly respected by the better casting agencies, producers, directors and companies.
Former students show their qualities in the theatre, film and television. Former students include Sophie Hilbrand, Rifka Lodeizen, Pim Veth, Tara Elders, Charlotte Besijn and many others
The institute has a characteristic and easily accessible building in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid with several studios, its own presentation room and high-quality multimedia facilities.
