During this meeting, representatives of established arts institutions and young talents with diverse cultural backgrounds will discuss how talent development and cultural diversity can be given a prominent place in the cultural field. This should lead to bridges that enable young talents to better access the cultural sector. Platform The day focuses on three topics: knowledge sharing and development, creating a future vision, and forging partnerships. The ultimate goal is to establish a platform that continuously focuses on the development of young talent with a diverse cultural background within the professional arts sector.
