Hello! My name is Carlijn and I registered on this site because I am looking for an internship within the period from February to June. I am currently following the CMV (Cultural Social Education) course at the Hogeschool Utrecht. The second year will start this year and I am really looking forward to it, I must admit. Within the study there is a lot of room for thinking about society, but also room to involve society in various art disciplines. These are drama, music, audio-visual means, visual means, dance and sports and games. Even before I started this study, my preference was for the visual aspect: film. It is a hobby that I would like to turn into my job later on. Everything lives in film. And the great thing is that you can make that happen with a group of people. I would like to learn more about what goes into making films / documentaries and commercials. Camera work, software, light and sound. But I would prefer to watch the directing from a somewhat smaller distance than books or the picture tube.
