For as long as I can remember, I have been a true film enthusiast. It was therefore a logical step for me to delve into filmmaking. I bought a camera and immediately started experimenting. Everyday life was a source of inspiration for me, and every event an excuse to film. I wanted to make films! After completing Animation/Audiovisual Design at the Graphic Lyceum, I started working for myself as a freelance editor. An incredibly enjoyable period followed, during which I had the opportunity to work for a number of interesting clients, including Ooh Chic, SRM, Brainwork Communicatie, Media op Maat, and Quintus Films. After 2.5 years of working on corporate films, commercials, and wedding registrations, it became clear to me that this wasn't quite what I wanted. It was time to throw myself into my true passion: making feature films. However, dedicating yourself to your passion is no easy task without a good mentor. For this reason, I am looking for someone willing to teach me the tricks of the trade. I would absolutely love to start working as an assistant editor, a position where I can help with editing and gain a lot of experience myself.
