For all kinds of productions I offer myself to play myself as DJ Axefield. I have been active as a DJ for 1.5 decades and as an actor I have appeared in various short films, I was trained by Ruud van Hemert and have a lot of other experience. An added bonus is of course that I am also available as a DJ for the afterparty at the end of the production and at a possible premiere. I can also contribute ideas to the production about the music if that is appreciated. I am a young, enthusiastic filmmaker living in Tilburg. I have the dream and ambition to become a good documentary maker. My role models are Frederick Wiseman, Werner Herzog, Errol Morris and the Maysles Bros. I hope to make a positive contribution to society with my documentary films and introduce people to the unknown. I am currently filming and editing my grandmother's life story. To further develop myself, I would like to participate in documentaries by experienced documentary makers. I am willing to make my services available free of charge, provided I am physically present on 'location' during filming and can gain 'hands-on' experience. I want to further develop myself in this way. I did not follow a film or art course, but I do have a homemade 'film school' on my reading list. I also watched a lot of documentaries.
